SYKD ALERT: Today is the first RomanceBookworms.com free blast of 2025!
Get your click on at romancebookworms.com
It’s been six months since the last RomanceBookworms.com Stuff Your Kindle Day … definitely long enough! I bet you need some new romance reads, and we’ve got 1600 of them, ALL FREE, no strings attached!
And for the second time, books are now also organized by reading vibe! No retailer is doing this! It’s a unique way to stuff your ebook reader!
Plus the same structure that you know from before:
books are organized across fifteen romance genre categories
five different retailer pages (Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Google Play, and Apple Books!)
The best of both worlds!
Click through to our website and choose your preferred retailer, then select either genre categories or reading vibes (the same books are listed on both ages). The stuff your e-reader event is NOW LIVE!
On our website, we’ve organized more than 1600 free ebooks across 15 categories, including a bunch you won’t find just by browsing free lists on the retailers.
Below are Zoe York’s standard tips for those of you who are “stuffing your Kindle” (or Kobo, Nook, Android or Apple Books!) for the first time!
Do this on a computer. You can do it on your phone, if that’s all you’ve got, but it’s faster on a computer. (I think … feel free to let me know in the comments if you have a different preference!)
Make sure the book is actually free to buy before clicking! Sometimes prices revert unexpectedly, and nobody likes that. I promise that these lists were built in good faith, but don’t click through so fast that you miss a 0.99 or 2.99 when you really want 0.00.
If you’re stuffing a Kindle, and you also have a Kindle Unlimited subscription (and we love our KU subscription!), you want to go for the second one-click button, not the first! Here’s an example:
Happy stuffing!

And because sometimes there is a bit of confusion by other people also using the “stuff your kindle” language (which is fine! We were the first, but we don’t own it!) … RomanceBookworms.com is the biggest indie SYKD, but there are others, and the creator of SYKD, Zoe York, also hosts an information site about these community events at www.stuffyourkindle.org - check that out once you’ve stuff your e-readers!
Oh, and we won’t be doing this again before Christmas, so make sure you stuff that e-reader well!
